Select's Massage & Relaxation Ball
The bumpy surface of the ball uses a combination of Massage, Reflexology and Acupressure to increase blood
circulation, alleviate muscular tension and headaches and particularly effective in physical rehabilitation; for
example after a sports injury. It also relaxes and gives new energy to stressed areas of the body. Simply press
your own body weight over the ball for up to, one minute or use small circular movements around the tension
spots. By using the ball you will experience the positive sensation which results in warmth and relief of
muscular tensions and pain. The Select Massage and Relaxation balls are highly valued by therapists and
have been used in past Canadian Pan American Games and the Olympics.
